M7990 is the most compact and technologically advanced leak tester in the world. This equipment has been patented.
In a very small anodized aluminium case, is contained the best hardware and software technology, that together with the development of pneumatic equipments, can minimize test times.
This equipment is available with test pressure from -1 to 200 bar.
Standard M7990 has a 9 pin connector with 24Vdc expansion signals. Ideal complement to its management is the visualizator Vision Box, that allows test parameters programs and the complete management of electrical expansion signal. However, once programmed, M7900 is absolutely independent and made for its integration in automatic stations. Devices are available for connecting up to 10 instruments simultaneously, to PC and automations.
Thanks to its renewed hardware, M7990 shows a measurement accuracy of 0,1 Pa which allows to make tests at the highest quickness and reliability possible in air leak test field. The equipment can be connected directly to PLC and thanks to its compact size, can be seen as an integration component in stations and not as a classical leak tester, of which, however, it keeps the same technical features.
It is possible to create mixed stations with micro leak testers (M7990) and flow testers (M7730) connected to a Vision Box or a PC by ForTest® devices.
