Free vision account
This Vision account service allows to make tests, completely free of charge, with any ForTest instruments for a period of 10 days. Technical Assistance
ForTest is supported by a highly qualified staff who is able to assist the Customer in case of technical or applicative problems. Both by telephone or directly at Customer’s works, ForTest can satisfy all requests for assistance without delay.

Periodic calibration
The ForTest periodic calibration service gives the possibility to obtain a technical operation fit to guarantee the metrological reference to the national standards, which is a necessary requirement in order to satisfy the ISO 9000 rules. The calibration service can occur at our labs or at the customer’s works.

Leak Test Equipment installation service
ForTest is available to install , on specific request, its own testing system by the Customer. Our technicians will set the correct test parameters in order to detect the right leak rate and in order to respect the test norms of any production field. In this way we supply a turnkey product and you do not need to do any pre-test operation.

Consultancy test benches
ForTest can give advices for a proper construction of test automatic benches where customers can incorporate their equipment, in order to run tests in the best possible way.

Preliminary Test on your products
This service consists in studying which could be best solution for the leak or flow tests on your products. Sme samples of your products can be tested free of cost and a testing report will be drawn up, including test parameters set, test times, detected leakage rates and the specific equipment used. ForTest can do these tests in its laboratories or on the Customer premises.

For test can train your staff
Thanks to the experience that we gained in more than 20 years, working daily on research and on the study of technological, good working, reliable and even customised test solutions, we are available to get our know-how about leak and flow testing across our customers. In fact we can organize courses about leak testing in order to make your operators as independent and aware as possible during all test phases. The correct usage of our equipment and a basic technical culture about the main points of leak testing are necessary elements to get reliable tests.

Leak Rate Detection
Our Technicians can detect the leak rate of your products through certificated primary instruments directly on the customers premises and by their test station. This service does not depend on which test system the customer is using and allows to get a value expressed in the proper unit of measurement, valid internationally and appropriate to the norms of that specific production field. Moreover this leak rate allows you to choose correctly and at the right values, the test accessories as M0710 or calibrators.
