Specifications for the Biomedical Sector
The T9731 has been developed with the exclusive objective of validating the performance of surgical masks. The equipment automates the procedures required by the EN 14683 standard, particularly breathability flow tests and equipment validation. Thanks to Mass-Flow sensors, it is capable of managing full scales up to 10,000 cc/min with 1% accuracy, ensuring that each test complies with the strict quality criteria of the medical sector.
High-Resolution Measurement Technology
The heart of the equipment integrates an extremely sophisticated measurement section, capable of detecting direct pressures with a resolution of 0.001 mbar (0.1 Pa). This sensitivity allows for precise calculation of air flow resistance (Delta P), a fundamental parameter for determining comfort and protective effectiveness of personal protective equipment. The adoption of software-controlled servo-assisted valves optimizes flow stability throughout the entire test duration.
“Smart” Operator Interface and Data Analysis
The interaction is entrusted to a large 7-inch color display, embedded in a capacitive glass panel that is easy to clean and resistant. The integrated “smart” software not only guides the operator through the menus, but offers advanced analysis functions, with test archives that allow daily and monthly statistical studies. This analysis capability is fundamental both in the prototyping phase and in serial quality control.
Total Connectivity and Industry 4.0
The T9731 features a complete set of interfaces for the modern digital factory: USB ports, RS232, RS485, CAN Bus and Ethernet connection. Compatibility with industrial protocols and the ability to manage digital signals through auxiliary connector allow easy integration into automated test benches, ensuring total traceability of each production batch through data saving on USB drive or company server.
