Advanced measurement technology
The T9730 stands out for its use of Coriolis technology, a mass measurement method that ensures extremely accurate and repeatable air flow detection. Unlike traditional volumetric methods, the Coriolis sensor provides measurements referenced to standard conditions of 0°C and 1013.25 mbar, eliminating uncertainties related to ambient temperature and pressure variations. This characteristic makes the equipment particularly reliable for critical applications where precision is fundamental.
Versatility and configurability
The equipment offers a complete range of configurations to adapt to different production needs. Eight flow ranges are available, from the smallest 0-200 cc/min up to the largest 0-200,000 cc/min, allowing testing of components with highly variable dimensions. The measurement resolution varies automatically based on the selected scale, always ensuring the highest possible precision. Optionally, the T9730 can be equipped with direct pressure sensors from 0-0.5 bar or 0.5-6 bar for applications that also require pressure monitoring.
User interface and data management
The 7″ color touch screen display with 800×480 pixels provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Operators can manage up to 300 different test programs, each with customizable parameters according to specific requirements. USB Mass Storage data storage enables complete recording and traceability of performed tests, a fundamental requirement for certified quality management systems. The password protection system ensures data security and prevents unauthorized modifications to test parameters.
Connectivity and Industrial Integration
The T9730 is designed for complete integration in modern production environments. Dual RS232 ports, RS485 port, and USB Master and Slave interfaces enable communication with PLCs, supervisory computers, and other devices. The optional Ethernet port enables network connectivity, facilitating remote monitoring and integration into MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems. Standard I/O signals include Start, Stop, Filling, Test, Good, Reject, and 4BCD, while an optional module adds 8 programmable outputs and 4 programmable inputs for complex automation.
Application Sectors
The T9730 is employed in multiple industrial sectors where flow control is critical: automotive (valve testing, injectors, braking systems), medical (respiratory devices, fluid delivery systems), hydraulic and pneumatic (proportional valves, regulators), appliances (washing machine solenoid valves, cooling systems) and general industry. Its versatility and precision make it an indispensable equipment for ensuring product compliance with required quality standards.
