M8890 is the new double channel equipment at absolute decay pressure by ForTest born as a result of continuous requests for optimization of cycle times in testing lines, and perfect for testing pieces such as lights, medical containers, etc. ... A double pneumatic circuit designed ad hoc allows to have a triple pressure regulation:
- Single manual pressure regulator to test two identical pieces at the same pressure
- Double manual pressure regulator to test two identical pieces at different pressures
- Single electronic pressure regulator for ultra precise adjustment
The equipment, extremely compact (same dimensiono of single channel M8990 one) is ideal for end line assembling or for laboratory use and thanks to its many electrical interfaces, it ensures a simple installation on control panels or automation systems. The equipment is available with testing pressure from -1 to 10 Bar.M8890 is equipped as standard version with 24 Vdc AUX connectors double for both channels, a USB port, a RS232 opto isolated port and a opto isolated port for industrial multi test stations networks. External accessories are also available such as printers, Staubli fittings for the connection to the front panel on M0710 (calibrated leaks) or others, kit network sorting for the realization of complex PC networks, electronic pressure regulators, mechanical precise regulators, etc...M8890, thanks to its renewed hardware, M8890 provides a measurement accuracy of 0,1 Pa which allows to make tests at the highest quickness and reliability possible in air leak test field, and, thanks to the double test, to reduce testing time by half. A very simple user interface, a multi language menu, a bar graph indicator which shows test pressure and the detected decay, RGB led indicating good or bad result, complete the the rich equipment.
