M9740 is the new continuous flow test of ForTest M series
Thanks to the optimisation of the pneumatic circuit, the additional test volume has been practically removed and the tests are even faster than before, thanks to mass flow sensor, a pressure sensor and to a close loop electronic pressure regulator that guarantees stable and precise pressure tests.
RFO concept (Real Flow Output) is an elaborate evolution of continuous mass flow test, where the “loss of charge” and therefore the error of generation of measure pressure is set instantly (generally within one second from flow measure changing).
For this reason it is ideal, if not irreplaceable, in large capacity measures with variable scales among them.
The revolutionary Flash technology with ultra fast elaboration times allows to have a graphic display with Cartesian coordinate plane and with auto scale of the leak test.
This equipment is available with test pressure from 0 to 1 Bar and flow scale from 20 to 100 nlt/min.
M9740 has got a 24 Vdc Aux connector for expansion signals, a USB port, a RS232 opto isolated port and a opto isolated port for industrial multi test stations networks.
We can supply also external accessories as: printers, Staubli fittings for the connection to the front panel of M0710 (calibrated leaks), kits network sorting for the realization of complex PC networks, mechanical precise regulators etc …
If requested, it is possible to install a USB flash drive to record the tests, radio remote control to manage the tests, Bluetooth, Ethernet and Internet direct connections.
The typical application is for automatic seeping tests at low pressure (i.e. 0,2...2 milliBar) on car cab or truck, controls of correct packaging of boxes and panels such as boilers, dishwashers, washing machines, aquariums, chimney cores etc…that is where it is necessary to impose a minimum ultra stable pressure, and to expect variable flow measures very different among them, or where it is necessary to make flow tests at ultra-stable pressures on large capacity scales continuously variable such as balancing valves, PWM valves for burner, etc…
The equipment also has got: a very simple user interface, multi language menu, bar graph indicator which shows test pressure and the detected decay, RGB led to show good or bad result.
