K3060 represents the latest evolution of miniaturized differential leak testing equipment designed for industrial automation. With dimensions of 110x110x110 mm, it is designed to integrate easily into automatic lines, allowing positioning close to the part under test. This configuration reduces parasitic volume, optimizing cycle times.
Performance on Micro Volumes
The low energy consumption internal micro-valves are specifically designed for filling small volumes, up to a maximum of 50 cc. This feature makes the equipment particularly suitable for ultra-fast tests on micro volumes in high-productivity automatic machines.
Construction and User Interface
Despite its compact dimensions, the anodized aluminum chassis and plexiglass panel integrate a 3.5″ color display. The interface ensures immediate monitoring of test operations.
Connectivity and Communication
The equipment comes standard with multiple connectivity options: 24Vdc I/O connectors, USB, Ethernet (with support for Modbus-RTU or ForTest communication protocols) and Bluetooth. The operating measurement range is between -1 and 10 bar.
Programming and Usage Methods
Programming can be performed using dedicated PC software (via LAN, USB or RS232 connection) or through USB stick. A stand-alone mode is also available that uses a simulated keyboard and digital I/O signals for Start command, cycle Abort, program recall and result output management.
