Miniaturized Bi-Channel Innovation
The K3890 represents the latest frontier in absolute pressure decay leak testing equipment. Specifically designed for automation, it integrates bi-channel technology in an ultra-compact format, ideal for modern production challenges.

Direct Integration and Reduced Cycle Times
Thanks to its extraordinarily compact dimensions (110×110×110 mm), the equipment can be installed directly in proximity to the workpiece. This proximity minimizes parasitic volumes, ensuring a drastic reduction in test times and greater precision.

Performance on Micro-Volumes
Equipped with internal micro-valves with low consumption, the K3890 excels in filling reduced volumes (up to 50 cc). It is the perfect solution for extremely fast leak testing cycles on high-productivity automatic machines.

Robust Design and Integrated Interface
The anodized aluminum chassis with plexiglass front panel houses a 3.5″ color display. Despite its “micro-unit” dimensions, the equipment does not compromise on visual clarity and the robustness required in industrial environments.

Connectivity and Industry 4.0 Protocols
The K3890 offers a complete standard equipment package: USB connections, Ethernet TCP/IP (Modbus-RTU or ForTest), plus wireless Bluetooth module. This ensures perfect digital integration with any supervision system.

Flexible Management and Programming
The configuration can be performed through dedicated PC software or USB flash drive. The equipment can also operate in stand-alone mode, using digital I/O signals for cycle control (Start/Abort) and management of results and programs.

Measurement Range
To cover a wide spectrum of industrial applications, from vacuum testing to standard pressures, the available measurement scales range from -1 to 10 bar.

  • The resolution for uncertainty calculation is 1 Pa up to 10 bar.
  • The flow measurement of the flow meters is of mass type and referred to the reference condition of 0°C - 1013,25mbar.
  • Flow measurement of leak test equipment is volumetric.
  • Accuracy data are referred to and guaranteed under laboratory calibration conditions.
  • The accuracy of the flow measurement is referred up to 2 bar, for higher pressures variations are possible depending on the characteristics of the model.
  • For measurement scales greater than the limits indicated, the accuracy will be specified in the offer phase.
