The K3990 represents the latest frontier in absolute decay leak testing systems. Designed specifically for automation, it combines extreme precision with incredibly reduced dimensions.

Cycle Time Optimization
With a compact format of only 110x110x110 mm, the equipment can be installed close to the test piece. This strategic positioning minimizes parasitic volumes, drastically accelerating test cycle times.

Excellence on Micro-Volumes
Thanks to internal low-consumption micro-valves, the K3990 is ideal for ultra-fast tests on components with small volumes (up to 50 cc). It is the perfect solution for automatic machines with very high productivity.

Industrial Design and Integrated Display
The anodized aluminum chassis with plexiglass front panel ensures robustness. Despite the miniaturization, it integrates a standard 3.5″ color display for immediate process monitoring.

Global Connectivity and Protocols
The technical equipment is comprehensive: USB connections, Ethernet TCP/IP (Modbus-RTU or ForTest protocol) and Bluetooth. The equipment is ready for digital integration with Industry 4.0 in mind.

PrograHMIng and Control Flexibility
The K3990 can be configured via PC software (LAN, USB, RS232, USB) and also operate in stand-alone mode, managing start/abort and program recall through digital I/O signals.

Operational Measurement Range
To adapt to different pneumatic requirements, from vacuum management to standard pressures, the available measurement scales cover the range from -1 to 10 bar.

  • The resolution for uncertainty calculation is 1 Pa up to 10 bar.
  • The flow measurement of the flow meters is of mass type and referred to the reference condition of 0°C - 1013,25mbar.
  • Flow measurement of leak test equipment is volumetric.
  • Accuracy data are referred to and guaranteed under laboratory calibration conditions.
  • The accuracy of the flow measurement is referred up to 2 bar, for higher pressures variations are possible depending on the characteristics of the model.
  • For measurement scales greater than the limits indicated, the accuracy will be specified in the offer phase.
