Patented Dual Absolute Technology
The K7090 introduces ForTest’s innovative Dual Absolute technology, a patented system that revolutionizes the testing concept. This unique equipment incorporates 4 different measurement modes: Absolute Decay, Classic Differential, Dual Absolute and Zero Central, offering unprecedented versatility on the market.

Overcoming Differential Systems
The Dual Absolute mode has been designed to eliminate the limitations of traditional differential systems. It fundamentally resolves critical issues such as different stabilization between Master and Test parts, pneumatic circuit fragility, and setup complexity, ensuring more stable tests and drastically reduced maintenance.

Advanced Interface and “Total Glass” Design
The user experience is entrusted to a 5.7″ color capacitive touch-screen display, integrated into a high-strength tempered glass panel. Cycle management is made immediate by the dynamic LED bar and backlit keyboard, ensuring maximum operability even in intensive production environments.

Pneumatic Configuration and Testing
The K7090 handles measurement scales from –1 to 15 bar and allows storing up to 300 test programs. It includes as standard a high-precision manual pressure regulator (also available in electronic version), SB Uporta for data logging/firmware update and the Stäubli®® fitting for quick verification through calibrated leaks.

Global Connectivity Industry 4.0
The equipment offers a complete standard package: Ethernet, RS232, RS485, USB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. For advanced integration into SCADA and MES systems, modules can be added for main industrial protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT.
