The new K7990 was designed as universal equipment for leak testing and finds application in all industrial sectors (automotive, medical, hydraulic, appliance, e-mobility, aerospace and defense) thanks to the high configurability of options and measurement ranges.

K7990 stems from continuous technological evolution and modern market demands. This new equipment for absolute decay leak testing is designed to offer high-level performance in industrial quality control.

Versatility and Applications
Highly configurable, the equipment adapts to every application sector. It can be used as a stand-alone unit in manual stations or integrated into complex automation systems, thanks to digital interfaces compatible with all systems currently on the market.

Advanced User Interface
The design features a high-strength tempered glass panel that protects a 5.7″ color capacitive touch-screen display. Operation is made intuitive by the dynamic LED bar and backlit keypad, ideal for intensive production use.

Complete Standard Equipment Package
The standard package includes the Stäubli®® fitting for calibrated leaks, USB port for report saving and firmware updates, plus a precision manual pressure regulator (also available in electronic version as optional) and 300 test programs.

Connectivity and Industry 4.0 Integration
The K7990 offers total communication through Ethernet, RS232, RS485, USB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Flexibility is guaranteed by compatibility with the most widespread protocols: Modbus-RTU, Profinet, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT, ensuring dialogue with PLC and MES systems.
